I went through drive thru and it was an experience, smooth conversation, I have never had before. It was like having a conversation that knew you. Not the normal give an order, take an order The gentleman on the other end made it feel like a conversation, an experience . He should have his own training dept with Starbucks or start a consulting firm training all drive through staff! It was a pleasure to have stopped there and had that !

Went to StarBucks with my friend to get my iced chai and was asking about the Pumpkin Chai Coldfoam and Grace was very enthusiastic. She has great customer service and she was extremely nice. Makes me want to go back to just that Starbucks every day even though it’s out of my way just to see Grace. Love her.

The girl asked me if I wanted some sauce with my meal, but didn't tell me that it would cost extra. Shouldn't sauces come with the meal? And if they don't then you should let customers know that adding in sauce will cost extra not just charge them without telling them.
