Second time eating at HPE and their gyro’s and fries are really tasty. I like the low key atmosphere there and we got to visit with the owner/mgr who is a super nice guy (I apologize for forgetting your name). Reasonable prices, tasty food, a good atmosphere and friendly service- check HPE out!

Traveling nationwide and around the world, I look for fresh, homemade food with a little different twist. That’s what I found in Pocatello, Idaho. The first thing you notice is soft, relaxing piano music in a super clean cafe'. This place can’t decide if they are Greek or Latin - so they do both, and do it very well! What a great mix! My Gyro was exceptionally good (with extra Tzatziki sauce), and I’ve had them all across the country and in the Mediterranean. My wife loves Empanadas, but can hardly find them anywhere. Well, look no further. And these are the finest! Come on! Support American small business and a true Mom and Pop restaurant, which are a dying breed.

After months of not being able to eat out any where, I discovered this place through a friend who suggested it due to gluten free options, fresh foods, etc. We popped in today to try it out. Right away I loved this little place! Super cute, bright, and welcoming! The owner greeted us right away and was so helpful helping us pick out our foods. I had a simple cheese empanada (needed to keep it plain and simple) and my boy friend ordered the Philly and sweet potato chips. The oil is fresh and not heavy! The chips are fresh cut on order and cooked! They were my favorite! My empanada was cooked to perfection and so cheesy! My boy friend said his sandwich was very good! In addition to great food, we had the pleasure of chatting with the owner. Such a very good natured, chill vibe type guy! Highly recommend!

Okay, I was wanting a sweet treat because we just went out to dinner and everyone else got desserts at dinner but the place didn’t have any gluten free desserts. I looked up “Gluten free desserts near me” and this place popped up. And I’ve gotta say… they did NOT disappoint! They had GF macadamia nut clusters, GF Frosted Brownies, GF Cookies and Cream brownies, GF Lemon Bars, GF Tres Leches and GF cheesecake! I was absolutely amazed and so happy! I got one of everything and they were sooo yummy. Thank you for having so many options for us gluten free people that don’t usually get very many, if any, options!

For a family that’s gluten free, this is a gold mine! We came in yesterday and bought one of each of their gluten-free desserts. Came back for lunch today. Had empanadas that were gluten-free both savory and sweet. Thumbs up there! Italian sodas. Gyros 🥙 and Navajo tacos. The owner was fantastic and fun to interact with. We will definitely be customers at a long time friends. FYI, you can order loaves of bread, gluten-free ahead of time and they will have them ready for you. That’s next on my list to do.. Highly recommend!
