Ken is a great resource. I have never had a problem with one of their roasters (we have a 3e and an Xe) where I wasn’t the root cause. 😀 He’s been able to troubleshoot my mistake quickly and without making me feel like an idiot. I love these guys!
Coffee Crafters has always been the team I turn to when I need parts sent internationally. Fast, Friendly & 100% reliable even during the pandemic pandemonium! Ken just helped troubleshoot a roasting issue via email super responsive for FREE! Absolute legend!!!!
Bryce and team at CC are incredible. I had an electrical panel issue earlier this year and he walked me through everything step-by-step and I ended up fixing what was needed at minimal cost. And then today, my blower fan motor died and when I called to ask for help, he was able to offer an amazing suggestion and had me back in business within a few hours! Top notch customer service and glad to own a machine from these guys!
