“WOW! They got everything right. Our family has dined at Cedars twice this year and we've been so impressed. Our waiter was friendly and efficient tonight. All of our food was a cut above. The ingredients at the salad bar are so fresh and flavorful, it had me wondering if the produce was organic. The cooks are working wonders back there. My risotto was heavenly. The atmosphere is so beautiful. Thank you for this special experience. You have exceeded our expectations!!“

“Had dinner after the sandpoint ren faire, with my fiance and kids. Cat was our waitress and she was amazing. Interacted with the kids, taught my daughter how to crack crab legs and crawdads. friendly, helpfully, overall amazing service. food was great too.“

“Raw Dead Fish is SO good! The best sushi! Sometimes I try other places because of hours or convenience… but it never fails… I miss RDF when I do. Their sushi is generously proportioned, excellent quality and firmness and freshness! And the service is always the best! They go out of the way to make sure my order is gluten free (not cross contaminated) and so delicious!!!“

“a small nondescript building harboring incredibly good food. We were so pleasantly surprised at the great quality & wonderful flavors of the food served here. It's anything but your average seafood, fish restaurant. It's fine dining in a casualatmosphere. We've been back many times now & sent others too. You will not be disappointed how this chef marrys various ingredients together to create some of the best dishes in Kootenai County. Extremely reasonable prices, Friendly, family atmosphere. Certainly the best in Rathdrum. And that's saying a lot“
