“Me and a friend came here after donating plasma, just to grab a bite to eat. We got there, and my friend immediately threw up. We felt terrible, but the staff, especially an employee named Nick, were super helpful. They brought out paper towels and helped properly clean it up, and afterward brought out a cookie, and helped make sure she was feeling OK. Thanks for being so helpful!“

“Okay, it may not be five stars for other places, but for a subway in Rexburg, it's the best one! I have had to survive off of this one for pregnancy cravings because sandwiches are not exactly pregnancy friendly and toasted is the only way I can have them. I've had the other subways' in town and NASTY! Seriously...one even made me sick. So if you want subway, this is the one you want. Just trust the pregnant lady“
“I havent had subway at this location before. The drive thru is a little confusing, but the customer service made it worth it. There were a lot of customers at once but the employee Nikki, was efficient, made me feel seen, and was super kind. The sandwich was made perfectly as well. I can't praise Nikki enough, she made the whole experience 10x better. I will definitely return in the future.“
