“Great customer service. A girl named Zoe started doing a backflip while holding my blizzard with a girl name cyndel alongside her doing a frontflip! It was amazing. 10/10. I knew you to flip the blizzard but i didnt know they train their workers to do flips too! The server zoe was very nonchalant and mysterious. The server cyndel was shaking her dreads. 10/10 service would recommend.“

“Excellent burgers, way better then Five Guys“
“Got the 1/4lb Bacon w/ onion rings. The onion rings were perfect. The burger was pretty good, but needed just a touch more seasoning in my opinion. The bun and bacon were excellent though. All in all, a good and filling meal for a decent price.“

“We stopped in Rexburg for the evening and tried this little hidden gem. Great food, staff, and atmosphere. Everything was made to perfection and I can’t wait to stop in again when I am in town.“

“If you had a grandmother that made you lunch and she had a small run-down kitchen that you absolutely loved, then this is the place for you! After you walk through the door, go to the right to the diner area. It's a really small diner that kind of leans, but that's OK. The lady there is a one-woman show. She does it all, and it turns out to be really good tasting, and it's for a good price as well.“

“Haven’t had Applebee’s in years i’m glad I made this choice. I made a cool friend tonight. I like this place I like this city. Everything was perfect from the food, to the waiters. to the service not one bag complaint! I hope I visit again cause I will be back“

“I went during a rush and I had a girl help me out somthin like Adrianna, but she was so slow so I asked a different employee “Azlan” if he could help me out, he not only got all the food for my order himself he did it with such speed, the food was mid but the service was incredible.“

“We don’t eat here very often. It’s a treat for my grand kids. If we go, I get a fish filet. That’s my go to. I have to say though that, judging by the condition that my fish sandwiches are in when I open the container, making a fish filet must be a very difficult job. Usually, the cheese is totally hanging out of the bun and glued to the box. This time the cheese managed to stay in he bun but the fish was hanging out and almost all of the tartar sauce was in the box and not in the bun. Don’t know how much these workers make but I think they are over paid if they can’t make a sandwich and get the ingredients in the bun. Maybe more training is needed?….this is a bit tongue-in-cheek but you get my point.“

“I go to this Wendy’s quite often since I enjoy the food and it’s quick and easy. Often I go here either during my lunch break or for dinner sometimes. I find that often times during the day there’s not to much of a wait however the evenings it does tend to get busier and unfortunately when there is a rush at this location I do find that more errors tend to occur, as well as sometimes there being problems with the kiosk machines occasionally glitching or having problems processing transactions. Most recently when I came in to this Wendy’s for a quick evening meal, I placed my order on a kiosk and sat down, I patiently waited and had noticed that on the front monitor it said my order was ready so walked up and didn’t see an order ready yet so I stood for a moment then figured maybe they put it up early seeing as they hadn’t verbally called out the name of the order so I sat back down and waited, suddenly I noticed my order name wasn’t even on the screen anymore a few moments later an employee asked if was missing an order, I told her I was and asked if it ••••, I said no that’s not mine then she casually went back to the front counter, and at that point waited around for another couple of minutes and decided screw it and left. To avoid this situation repeating itself I would suggest closer attention to orders and customer care as well as either having the employee handling the order make sure that the right customer is getting the correct order when the order is called and/or having a way to a form of digital receipt when using a kiosk to order food. As well as having at least one staff member pay close attention to the dining area and checking up on customers especially if someone come in and looks like they have been waiting for an extended period of time.“
