Both times we’ve gone not at a lunch or dinner rush and I’ve had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to receive two simple orders with other orders. Several numbers passed us getting theirs.
Food is delicious. Service great.
This one of the best tasting burgers I have had in a long time. The tots were cooked to perfection and the size was plentiful. Highly recommended if you want something that is quite tasty.

Rigby's Patty Shack is an awesome place with delicious, phenomenal food. The atmosphere is clean, spacious, and updated. The staff are sweet, great, polite, and helpful, providing fast service even during busy times.
The food is the best, with top-notch burgers made from seasoned local beef, which you can tell the difference. The Jalapeno smash burger and Philly cheesesteak are delicious. The chicken sandwiches are huge and juicy, and sides like the well-seasoned, crispy tots and chili cheese fries are excellent. Presentation has greatly improved.
Weekend nights are busy and there can be a bit of a wait, but it is worth it. The dining area could be bigger, but the overall environment and quality are exactly what Rigby needed. It is a 10/10 recommendation.
