We made a dinner reservation for 10 people after our wedding ceremony and they were super accommodating! We showed up early, but we were able to sit in the lounge to have a couple drinks before dinner. The view from outside is amazing! Our table was right by the water which was perfect for our family members from out of town. The drinks, appetizers, and entrees exceeded our expectations. I've been living in Sandpoint for 5 years now and this was the best meal we've here in this area by far. They even cut our wedding cake for us! Huge shout out to our AMAZING server Stephanie! She was super attentive and extremely friendly. I've worked in the hospitality industry for a longgggg time and she was one of the best servers I've ever had!!! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

It was one of the better restaurants we visited while in Sandpoint! Service was great food,was great! View was spectacular especially when we were able to watch 2 planes land on the lake and pull in for dinner. The music was wonderful as well. A great experience!

If your lucky enough to have a patio table on a beautiful day overlooking the lake you understand. I had the grilled halibut with a blueberry spiced sauce that was magnificent. Cant say enough.

Came to 41S for the first time. I was a local when it was Swans Landing years ago. We came to celebrate our anniversary hoping to sit out on the beautiful deck overlooking the majestic moutains and LPO. We didnt make reservation but were able to get bar seating immediately but not outside as we hoped. Staff was friendly and attentive. Wine list was good varitey of euro, cali,ore and Wa. (I am partial to Wa wines so would like to see more of them featured) but not a deal breaker. Hubby had a local brew. Food was good, although hubby's filet mignon was a little overcooked. If we are going to spend MP on meat/fish we do have a higher expectation on the made to order. Would still go back to give another try. The views and the lake are worth it. The Lodge Hotel sits right next door. We sat on the docks after dessert and watched the sunset it was a good pick for celebration. Pros- menu Great views Deck seating Good wine list Good dessert Cons- some items pricey for budget spenders If you dont make reservations or have a bigger group you might be waiting awhile for outdoor seating Give 41S a try!

From the menu selection, servers and fabulous food our experience was top notch. We ate on the deck and the umbrellas gave everyone shade while enjoying outdoors. This is our new favorite restaurant for special occasions.

It was a joy to celebrate my son's birthday here! It was our first time dining at 41 South Sandpoint. We made reservations and our table was ready upon arrival. Jessica introduced herself as our server. She was polite, attentive and congenial. The cauliflower appetizer was delicious and our entire family enjoyed it. My husband enjoyed his trout and I loved my sole. We split a lovely bottle of wine. Our boys enjoyed their chicken and rib dishes, and mocktail drinks. To top off our dinner celebration, we chose the peanut butter mousse (quite sweet!) and creme brûlée. The ambiance, service and food were all top notch! 41 South Sandpoint is our new favorite restaurant and we will definitely be back.
We have eaten at 41 South many times and are always pleased. We planned to celebrate a family birthday there tomorrow, but they will not be open. I'm not sure where we will go. Every other option will definitely be a second choice.

The Atmosphere. The View. The Staff. The Food..I don’t even know where to start. As a Sandpoint, Idaho native I have no idea how it took me 30 years to get here. We were greeted into a nice warming atmosphere (even on a stormy night) the power was flickering from the wind but it added character to the experience. Ken, our server was awesome. Not only was he funny and prompt but he was very genuine and up front which I always appreciate. The view was spectacular even being just after sun down, we watched the waves in the lake and the trees sway from the wind. The food was amazing, cooked perfectly, and was gorgeous. Pictures really don’t do it justice. Cannot wait to go back!!

Forty One South has released the spring menu, and a real winner is the chicken provolone Ravioli! A great meal at a beautiful restaurant. Great bar, too!

Premier lakeside deck location! Food and menu is excellent, bar whips up some tasty drinks. This is one of the top restaurants in the Sandpoint area and you should expect great service and a very fine dining experience here. Definitely get reservations well in advance if you want a table on the deck on any summer weekend!!!
