Extremely disappointed in our experience at The Ranch. We made a reservation for our party of 8 and were promptly seated, but that was the best part of our night. We waited an hour and a half from the time we ordered to actually receive our food. My steak had the consistency of a brillo pad. I couldn't even choke it down. The waitress told us she would "let the chef know." They did nothing to make it right, no discount, no accountability, no nothing.

Wednesdays is prime rib night. Great steak,this is the second time at this establishment and the service was great,food came quickly for a steak,and portions are huge. Will definitely stop next time we come through .
