“My daughter and I were really wanting a drink and something yummy to eat. We drove to the High School location. They were swamped do to a football game across the street. We drove across the tracks to the “market place” location (this one) and they were closed (8:03 pm). My daughter says “mom someone is still there. She is in the window”. I pulled up to the window. She opened it. I asked if she was closed and she explained she was … but she still helped us (when she did not have to). She said if we paid by card, she would do it for us. We ordered and we also bought the mini pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. DELICIOUS! I make them too but mine are never that good. Anyways, really appreciate Adree (Sp? ) for helping us. She was a true sweetheart and 10 stars on the customer service“

“Nice new location. I have a couple drinks I like, and they have always been pretty good. Accommodating for taking the eggs off my sandwich. Nice set of staff, and so far haven't had any troubles with food or drink. Wasn't a wait in the drive through, nice and quick!“

The service is always fantastic, as the people are working hard to customize every order.
The actual food part of Starbucks, is all pre-made and it's not that good. However, the coffee, cannot be matched by any other quick serve coffee place. They are the best! Overall dining experience, definitely a three star. I didn't want to put a three-star because that wouldn't be fair to their coffee as that is their primary focus.“

“I recently swung by the drive-thru and was greeted by a team of smiling faces that instantly brightened my day! My order was almost perfect, but I noticed I was short one Egg McMuffin. No biggie—I headed inside to sort it out.

The moment I walked in, the positive vibes were contagious! The staff was joking around and having a great time. They quickly apologized for the mistake and, to my surprise, offered me a FREE caramel frappe. Talk about turning a small mishap into a delightful experience!

Kudos to the team for their awesome customer service and creating such a happy environment. I'll definitely be back for more of those good vibes (and maybe another caramel frappe)!“
