Forgot a large fry I order plus my large drink when I went through the drive thru I had to walk inside to get what I was missing from my order. During the day tiger service is amazing closer to close that when their service nose dives.

Went in today inside, not drive through. We're not terribly busy a couple cars in drive through and one order ahead of me. I waited 15 min and watched the fries be bagged as soon as I ordered. I ordered 2 burgers no ketchup, when I was handed the bag about 17 min later I asked for hot fries, then checked the burgers and they were wrong and had ketchup, at this point they had 3 orders on the screen including mine. I said I will just take a refund and gave back the entire order. The "manager" girl was rude, and took another 5 or so min to refund the order. I paid with card she gave me cash and that was the wrong amount too. Then she sarcastically said have a fantastic day to me. I had said nothing to any employee except can I please get some hot fries these have been out a long time and are cold. Then said I would like a refund because the entire order was messed up. The order in front of mine was severely messed up as well. I don't know if the so called manager (who was doing the cooking) was ill, or high or what but come on...will not be back.Edit-thanks for the reply but that was the "manager" who was rude, and gave incorrect change then sarcastically said have a fantastic day. Perhaps it may be better suited to your buisness model to have a conversation with Katelyn. The young woman clearly has issues with elevated responsibility.

Honestly this place use to have the slowest service but it has recently made a huge comeback and I’m happy to finally have a better and more active good fast food joint in Star considering DQ’s declining quality.

just got two chicken sands both were full of mold took them back to show the manager she did not want to speak to me very rude my wife is still gagging cant believe they didnt see all the mold when preparing the sandwiches last time we will ever go there keep a close eye on your food

The burgers weren't as good as I had remembered when we used to go to the location in Nampa. The buns were cold. But the fries were very good.
Great staff! They were out of what I normally order. Gentleman suggested something similar. It was excellent!

My food was exactly what I ordered, I'm quite paticular, and the sweet young man at the counter was so kind and patient with me. Will be returning often and am so impressed!Wheelchair accessibility: They are so quick to help you move chairs to accommodate your own.

I was surprised Arctic Circle was as good as it was! I got the shrimp and it was super yummy - even came with fancy Ken's cocktail sauce. Not the cheapest but tasty - they did ask if I wanted to add a soda for bargain price of 2$.. that doesn't feel super bargain-y to me. Kids said kids meal burger and ice cream was better than Fanci Freeze
