It takes a minute to get it because they’re making it right. we enjoy it here and we believe that whoever tries it would enjoy it as well. Quality fish, quality food quality service. “Our favorite beer spot in Meridian is the Hop Haus. I have yet to go there and not be able to find the perfect beer. This small but inviting basement bar is a place we now share with the kids. We can go play cards, drink, and partake in their great food. We love the pretzel bites covered in beer cheese and bacon bites. Then we we're feeling real crazy, we order the sushi from upstairs. The people who work there are top notch. They always have the perfect recommendations and are willing to let you try any beer before you decide. But get there early. Seating is limited and people are there to stay and enjoy the ambiance.“

“My wife and I came in for lunch on a Saturday before going grocery shopping. We split an order of the brisket poutine appetizer and the big sriracha sandwich with added onion straws. The food was great, the service was great, and even though the dining room was packed our food came out quickly, was hot when it hit the table, and our server came by to check on quality and refills frequently. Would definitely recommend for good bbq and good dining experience.“
“This place is where it is at if you appreciate good craft beer. The selection is top tier and quite diverse. The owners were creative and dedicated to the establishment which made it a delight. No juvenile mentality allowed. This place is for the mature and affluent I suppose. Check it out! You will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is very calm and cool.“
“I liked the white sauce pizza drizzled with balsamic vinegar a lot. I loved the price point, however the price point was reflected in the atmosphere. The space was small and every table was dirty, but it was the lunch hour. At its best, the restaurant is basic but the pizza is good, and that's why there is take out. :)“
“First time visitors tonight. My husband had a double burger, I had a single. Bun is toasted and buttered. Juicy sloppy burger ?, very tasty. Had a side salad. Will try the fries next time. Husband had 2 Bloody Mary's and said that they were the best he's had in years. High quality beef used. Took a little longer to get order bc the patties are fairly thick so they take a little longer to cook. Very friendly manager and waitstaff.“
“I went to flying pie pizzeria on Tuesday at 6pm, every single time I go to flying pie pizzeria I have a horrible time. This was the first time I had a decent experience and it changed my entire outlook on flying pie pizzeria. I took my entire family and got helped by Savanna. She was amazing!! She definitely should run the entire show. We had some food restrictions and savanna made sure the order was accurate and safe for my family. She kept checking in making sure we were satisfied and was definitely a pro at customer service. I now will only come in on Tuesdays knowing she will be there. The last time I went there a guy with glasses was screaming in the back and caused an entire scene and it created a very hostile environment and we decided to leave. We decided to give it another try and she saved our relationship with flying pie pizzeria. Thank you savanna.“
“Been four times in the past two months since discovering the place. Food is fantastic.... service is hit or miss. Just left after waiting five/six minutes without acknowledgement by any staff after being seated, watched others getting served almost immediately after being seated. Please work on this.“
