I love this location so far. We've been through the drive through a couple times now and I feel bad since we usually come through with large orders. They always are very accurate and pretty fast with our order, even though I know it's a lot of drinks to handle at once and there didn't seem to be more than one (maybe two) staff working. I wasn't as impressed the first time we went through the drive through -- there was a significant delay up at the order speaker causing a line of cars to form going into the general parking area when there was space in the drive through for the cars to pull into. But the second time we came, the drive through was being handled much better.

How is the star location even still in business? Went today and the blonde employee was so unprofessional. She dropped the cup on the floor and tried to use it to fill my drink. I immediately told her to get a new cup and she just looked at me like I was asking the world. There zero training zero management at the star location. Do better. Be better. Take pride in your company and train your employees to be professional and aware of customer service

Overall Fizz is a wonderful place to get a drink. However the last 2 or 3 times, no matter the time we arrive, we sit at the speaker for at minimum 5+ minutes with half the time being ignored, and the other half being told to wait.
The orders are also 50/50 if correct. I'm not sure if it's a hiring issue or a lack of management control but something has to be fixed.
It's easy to just go to a gas station for a beverage or just down the road to Sodalicious or even the soon to open Swig. I do hope they can figure this out, but waiting 10 minutes to order, then have it be incorrect sometimes, is ridiculous.

Ezra is the best!! His customer service is amazing and he always greets us with a friendly smile. The drinks here are great! I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for that good, unique drink experience.

We stopped by for a quick bite to eat and drink. We ordered pizza and beer. The pizza was great; thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, and olive. It was one of the best I've had locally. I recommend.
