I was in Tuesday 12/3/24 and picked up our online order service was fine, and our order was ready. We had 2 pizzas, a melt and cheese breadsticks. My issue was when we get home we discover all of the pizzas and breadsticks are overdone/burnt. We tried the new tavern style pizza but the crust was tough and hard to eat. I don't usually leave reviews but felt this needed one. On a good note the melt was good. Will be awhile before we go back.

My pizza was decent, but despite the claims on the side of the box about how portion sizes and quality haven't changed, that's simply not true. The breadsticks came in a thin paper bag and were cold from the walk out to my car. The container of marinara sauce is half the size it once was and also cold. My daughters personal pan pizza was thin, and the new to me addition of French fries came out exactly as I feared from a pizza place. As a former Pizza Hut employee, seeing this happen is sad. I won't give up on them, but I will probably go elsewhere for the majority of our pizza cravings.

Credit where credit is due. I used to order pizzas from Star Pizza Hut often, but around a year ago… maybe even a little more, not sure. All of a sudden the pizzas I was receiving were just pathetic to be kind. Complained and didn’t order again for a long time. But I tried them again maybe around a month and a half ago and SEVERAL times since, and every pizza I’ve received has been EXCELLENT!!! Don’t know what changed. Management? Staff? I don’t really care. Just very happy they are making excellent pizzas again!

Update: they charged us twice.
Put in an order at 10:15 and by 12 had still not received it. Called for over an hour to have the phone answered and could hear movement but never was greeted. After calling over 10 times in an hour finally got to someone who said that they never received our order in the first place. Was still charged for a meal even though never received the food.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service. The pizza dough seemed so old that it didn't cook properly and just crumbled apart. On top of that, the toppings were extremely sparse - only 8-9 pieces of pepperoni and just a few pieces of mushroom on a large pizza. The taste was bland and unappetizing.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address my concerns with the store, no one answered the phone, and I was transferred to a customer service representative in another state. The lack of accountability and poor customer service only added to my frustration.
Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut location based on my experience. The subpar quality of the food and the lack of responsiveness from the staff make it clear that there are better pizza options out there. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your next pizza craving. Delivery driver is great, only good experience!

I ordered 3 thin crust pizzas. The manager of the location took my order. I explained it was for my special needs grandbaby because she only eats the sauce and cheese off the pizzas. I asked him how, thin was the crust and would it be soggy. I was told it would not be too thin or soggy. I also stated please put the sauce and cheese to the edge so she would eat it. The pizzas were like crackers with no noticeable cheese. Called and told "manager" the problem. He said he would personally make the pizza. His pizza arrived in same condition. Returned all pizzas to driver. Called again he said I was a PROBLEM customer and to go to a different pizzeria not Pizza Hut again. I will gladly.

4 stars for the atmosphere at the Star, ID Pizza Hut store because it's a take out store with a few tables to sit and eat at. It's not a traditional Pizza Hut restaurant. The crew there are very friendly and will welcome you as if you are their neighbor. Five stars otherwise.

I called to order pizza but they put me on hold for 10 minutes, I made an order and said that I would be there in 40 minutes, but when I arrived I had to wait another 10-12 minutes. But the worst thing is the pizza itself, we ordered 4 different ones and none of them were tasty.
When my husband went to the store in Star Idaho to pick up our order the storefront was empty. He first yelled out hello, then screamed and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to finally come to assist him. Then when he came home I opened the pizza and it was not fully cooked. I put it back into a hot oven for about 10 minutes for the dough to be brown and crisp. Not good and I am bummed since I love Pizza Hut pizza.

First time ordering delivery from hereShowed up on time, actually quicker than stated.Pizza crust fell apart at the crust portion. Almost completely separated, but the cheese kinda held it together.Never had this happen before. Also wasn't cooked thoroughly.Other than that. It was okay. I'll try dine in next time.
