My pizza was decent, but despite the claims on the side of the box about how portion sizes and quality haven't changed, that's simply not true.
The breadsticks came in a thin paper bag and were cold from the walk out to my car. The container of marinara sauce is half the size it once was and also cold. My daughters personal pan pizza was thin, and the new to me addition of French fries came out exactly as I feared from a pizza place. As a former Pizza Hut employee,...

Credit where credit is due. I used to order pizzas from Star Pizza Hut often, but around a year ago… maybe even a little more, not sure. All of a sudden the pizzas I was receiving were just pathetic to be kind. Complained and didn’t order again for a long time. But I tried them again maybe around a month and a half ago and SEVERAL times since, and every pizza I’ve received has been EXCELLENT!!! Don’t know what changed. Management? Staff? 4 stars for the atmosphere at the Star, ID Pizza Hut store because it's a take out store with a few tables to sit and eat at. It's not a traditional Pizza Hut restaurant. The crew there are very friendly and will welcome you as if you are their neighbor. Five stars otherwise.
