Love the staff there. They are always trying to do their best despite being very understaffed. The staff at this location deserve all the tips and patience they can get. They work hard to master the art of sandwich making, only to get paid $4.75 over the State of Idaho's minimum pay wage.
For the most part Subway is subway but never have we ever experienced something like today unfortunately my husband got blessed with someone's hair in his tuna sandwich the lady was really apologetic about the whole thing and made him a new one. 2 bites into it he found another hair.But once again they made another and things worked out OK ?? everyone was super nice and my sandwich was good.
The 2 girls who made my sandwich were super nice, the one who rang me up and cut my coupons was very unfriendly. I stated most people don't take coupons when offered, she says they have too. In all my years of going there (9) to be exact. Annoyed I'm using coupons for free drink, cookie and chips. Uncomfortable!Not once did anyone take my coupon except her!Sitting talking instead of working.Plus the lettuce is old! Tomatoes were mushy.I generally like this Subway but...
