The girl who “helped” us rude, and she could not get our orders right. When we tried telling her what we wanted she cut us off mid sentence. Then she brought the wrong thing, then she had to come to us THREE TIMES to get our tickets right. Even then they weren’t right. Terribly disappointed. The food was okay. But because of the terrible service we will never go back. It was ridiculous. And it wasn’t a busy time. We got there at 4 in the afternoon.
This used to be my favorite place to spend St. Patrick’s day until 2025. They served all their drinks out of red solo cups. Used plasticware for food, and charged their guests for the band even though we were already spending money to eat and drink in their establishment. You would think they would AT LEAST buy green cups for the holiday if they were going to use plastic. Nope. It really went downhill and I’ve been going for the last 5 years.
Very upset. We have always have had great experiences here. My family of 4 sat down and we ordered 2 tri dips, kids corn dog meal, along with a soda (which was flat) a beer, and a mixed drink (which wasnt served until the food was) we noticed significant mold on one of the buns. Along with lack of napkins. We left and didnt even finish our drinks but still upset to see a business we loved going to allow this kind of quality.
