“Local oyster mushrooms are quite gourmet, and we LOVE them on the gluten-free crusts. (Did you know you had two choices for gluten-free crust here? ) I’ve tried both of them and the vegan one is great. and the standard gluten-free (with dairy) is outstanding! And they shred their own cheese, which is beautiful and and has an especially delicious flavor. I’ve heard the salads are pretty unique and really fresh and delicious.“
