“We were visiting driggs and decided to stop in for dinner. We loved the aesthetics of the restaurant. They served hot homemade chips with a slightly spicy dip. For our appetizer we had the charcuterie board. One word, delicious! I had the beef tips special. It didn’t disappoint! I would DEFINITELY order it again. My brother in law had the halibut special. He said it was amazing! My husband and sister in law had burgers. They said it was a good as it looked! You should try it!“

“Forage is our new favorite place in Eastern Idaho. We've gone there at least 5 times in the last few months because it's just that good. They always have a great steak special, the meatballs are to die for, the charcuterie board is so good, polenta fries and Brie is very good as well. They have a great bartender that goes over and beyond serving and making the drinks. If you haven't tried this place you absolutely need too!“

“We had a very informative tour here with Josh. I learned a lot about the process of making the vodka and the whiskeys. The tastings were great since my husband and I shared we were able to try more than the Idaho allowed 3 samples. Talking after the tour and tastings was nice and Josh's wife Callie gave a an awesome suggestion to drive up to Mesa Falls which was amazing and so beautiful. Thank so much.“

The menu makes it clear from the start. Seafood lovers, beef loyalists, chicken traditionalists. Everyone has a lane, and every lane is built with intention. Portions are massive. Drinks are even bigger. You’re not leaving hungry, and you’re definitely not leaving thirsty.
When the sizzling hot plates hit the table, the room shifts. That unmistakable fajita steam rises and fills the air. It’s theater you can taste.
The cheese dip deserves its own mention. Rich, smooth, and absolutely worth dipping into while you work through those oversized drinks.
The Camarones al mojo de ajo came out hearty and unapologetic. Huge shrimp drenched in garlic sauce, balanced with beans and rice that hold their own. Wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, it’s a full experience in one bite.
Agave doesn’t try to reinvent tradition. It honors it, adds personality, and serves it in portions that make a statement.“
