Roots Cafe & Bar is a fan-favorite spot in Twin Falls, known for outstanding food and great customer service. The coffee is excellent, with quick, over the top coolest staff. Customers always pick up takeout, praising the healthy stuff that tastes great. Favorites include wild salmon tacos, chipotle chicken tacos, salmon tacos, and a black bean rice bowl. The food is delicious, nourishing, and everything feels fresh and tasty. A salmon bowl was also great. The fruit water in the front is a nice surprise, though the orange juice came from a store bought container. Roots is able to make wonderful and healthy meals, especially for those with dietary restrictions.
