Used to be the go to place for a breakfast burrito. I had heard the quality has declined recently…unfortunately I can confirm. This morning I ordered my ol’ bacon breakfast burrito. The bacon was the same, but only half the amount, the potatoes were cold and the cheese was cold and unmelted.
9 Beans and a Burrito is a tasty place to get some authentic Mexican food. The staff are polite and helpful. I got the carne asada burrito today. The first bite was a bit dry but a little salsa really completes the flavor. The texture was nice and the portion size was satisfying. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied. It’s not the most sophisticated cuisine but it’s a good place to get Mexican food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Aside from price increase, which I understand happens everywhere.. it does appear the quantity has decreased some over the years. However the quality is still there. The food is delicious and the staff is always really nice.
