“We didn't expect to find such good pho in Idaho -- but what a find, indeed! The beef pho was packed with flavor, and the veggie pho had plenty of greens. (Vegetarians beware, the vegetable pho has a chicken broth base.) Complimentary hoisin, and a VERY potent hot chili oil if you ask. The noodles were perfectly cooked... Tender, but still with a bit of give. Generous portions, we got larges and couldn't finish!
