Every time I give u a chance I get some old dried out rock hard patty , my wife had chicken fries that were old and had the texture of foam from how long they have sat. Our fries where like cardboard. Is it so hard to maintain fresh food for your customers , apparently so
just ordered through Uber eats, BK forgot my large fry, my kids toys, and put my "large" Dr. Pepper in a large BK cafe cup. very dissatisfied.
I went there for breakfast in the drive thru and it took me close to 10 minutes to get my order. Some of the items in my order were French toast sticks and cheesy tots. The French toast sticks were hard and inedible and the cheesy tots were funky tasting, like the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in a while.
