When you close your store down and still continue to take customers money and not return it is BS. Its your responsibility to take care of the issue. These customers shouldn't have to learn that you're closed by making an order online then show up to see that you are closed.

We recently used Duck Donuts for a large order for a big event we had. I called 2 days before we needed them. They were super happy to take our order. The morning we picked up they were just a little behind so I patiently waited for them to finish up our order. Both ladies were so sweet and apologetic for the delay. I love good customer service and I thought they were great! Thank you

First time here, staff was very pleasant. Tried their Peach Pie doughnut, took the first bite and it was so delicious I had to come give it a good review. I don't do a lot of reviews, but it really was that good.
