“Food was great. Service was poor at best, they were busy, we asked for things 3 or 4 times, from different servers, before we got them. The floor needed vacuuming badly. The busser was just swiping crumbs and food onto the floor, and onto o e customer's back and he had no idea.“

“1,000% better then the twinfalls store, 30 minute drive for same price but faster (50mins faster stg) better quality(cuts go thru, cooked evenly) and friendlier staff dont know whats going on with twinfalls but if you live in magic valley go to jerome!! twin is so bad. I'd rather lick a port-a-potty seat than deal with their piss poor excuse of service, twin store needs to be shut down so jerome can give the customers the proper customer service“
