Do not order online, they will not give you any of the sauce that is supposed to come with the meal and instead will demand if you want any of it, you must pay extra.

I would not recommend ordering online. Door dash driver delivered a small bag of fries for a 30$+ tip order. I contacted restaurant they said contact door dash. Contacted door dash they said contact restaurant. Ended up driving there to pick up the rest of the order.what a joke

We ordered 2 meals and the birria mini tacos. For the chicken teriyaki bowl, we got no sauce, even though it says on the receipt to add sweet and sour sauce. There was also no fork for the bowl. We also got a chicken sandwich, but the chicken looked like a single tender on the bun. I got no sauce for the fries, and nothing for the tacos. I was never asked if I wanted any sauce. The fries weren't seasoned and tasted overdone. Just a poor experience overall.

I made a order through Uber Eats and for some reason for this order I was charged $100, just from looking at what I order you can easily tell there was no value close to $100 in this order.
Disputing this with Uber, but I did try calling this location 3-4 times. No help.
Had to Cancel my order with a $37 cancelation fee.
Not happy at all. Not using Uber or This Jack in the Box locarion again.
