I recently went to the KB in Hailey, and I was so impressed by their food! So I was excited to go to the KB in Twin, closer to my home. I was sorely disappointed. Their chips were not the same as the Hailey chips (and stale from being out a long time I think), their salsa tasted like something in it had expired (and it was all empty in the “salsa bar” when we arrived for a 6:30P dinner), and … I think most disappointing of all- they didn’t have any queso! Even though the wall art depicts the queso and chips that I enjoyed at the Hailey location, this location had none! It was almost a different restaurant al together! I got an order of nachos, and it was literally a 100% different experience. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be back to this location because of this experience. But when I’m in Hailey, I look forward to going back to KB burrito!
PS. My husband got a burrito which was not bad, but I didn’t think it was good enough to come back for just that.

Superb burrito / enchilada / latin foods with a fancy twist! Beautiful dishes, well prepared, authentic flavors. Far better than some run of the mill Mexican restaurant. Great food and drinks! Good sized environment indoors. Recommended al pastor street tacos or any of the unique enchiladas!

The place was disgusting. Dirty countertops salsas looked and tasted like they have been sitting out for weeks. The manager was extremely rude when we asked for limes she gave us two small slices, when we asked for more she scoffed and started complaining to her co workers in the back. Highly disappointed, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Got food poisoning, we stopped here while traveling this sunday, staff was nice, but puked my guts out due to the food

The Twin Falls store USED to be my favorite KB's. Food was fresh and consistent; service friendly and attentive. Ordered a classic breakfast burrito yesterday. Fluffy eggs, gone. Little to no cheese. Potatoes overdone. Tortilla stale AF. And yes, the young woman seemed put out that I even walked through the door. Such a bummer to see a place that was once a go to, go bad.
