I recently visited the KFC in Twin Falls, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making sure every customer felt welcome and well taken care of. The manager Crystal ,deserves special mention for her dedication to maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring top-notch service. She clearly cares about both her team and the customers, which is evident in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.
The food was another highlight of my visit. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious.Drive Thru was also a great exsperince. It's clear that the team takes great pride in preparing each meal with care. I highly recommend this KFC location to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Keep up the excellent work!

Don't bother if you're in a hurry. Nothing will be ready. We called ahead at 1:40pm and placed our 4 bucket order. We were told it would be ready in 30 min. At 2:10 we were in store. They said they were just putting the chicken in to be cooked and it would be another 30 min. Why call ahead? We sat in their messy lobby and waited. Noticing they hadn't applied the coupon to our order. At 2:36 we got our order! They apologized for the wait. Just don't be in a hurry!
Truthfully I was always a fan of the old original recipe I remember back in the 70's. At this location in twin falls was definitely the best original recipe I have eaten in forever.

Stopped in for an 8 piece family meal, was asked to pull around front. Waited about 20 minutes before the very rude young lady came out with our food, please teach your employees customer service or stop hiring children to run a business with no manager around to make sure shit gets done. After a 20 minute wait you can imagine my irritation when I check my food and find luke warm chicken… so what the hell was I waiting 20 minutes for.? $30 worth of food… definitely won’t be back.

Too slow working with long nails? having a hard time grabbing stuff ? they took too long to take your order they're not even busy and they don't even take care of you very poor customer service
