I've been a customer of Norm's Café for years, but my recent experience was unacceptable. The woman who took our order didn't get everything down correctly, and what we received was wrong/missing. On top of that, the food was poorly prepared--far below the standard Norm's is known for.
I truly hope this was an isolated incident, but based on this visit, I won't be returning anytime soon.
This little gem has great food, friendly service, and is very affordable. I've been a patron for 40 years now. Norms has always been a pillar of the Twin Falls community. The entire Collins family has been staffing this family owned restaurant for decades; along with some lucky individuals that have had the privilege to be employed there also.
Norms, what a real family Cafe is really like. Anyone is welcome treated like family and fed well. I love the staff and they treat me.like GOLD. Make sure you say hi to Justin...everybody's little brother...just love the kid.
