Normally love going here but today I waited almost 20 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge that I was there to take my order. There was no one else in line but I stood there watching three employees just standing around. After my order was finally taken i waited for over 40 minutes for three crepe with no one else ahead of me.
I walked up to check on the order and was just given pretty much a shoulder shrug on why it was taking so long.

When we ordered, the receipt didn't print. No big deal, I don't need a receipt. But then we waited 45 minutes for one order of crepes and a cinnamon roll. We checked on it after like 25 minutes and they said it'd be right out, but we watched several people who ordered after us receive their food first. When we checked again, they said that, because the printer didn't work, they didn't know what had been ordered. They asked what we ordered and then pulled it from under the warning tray - it seems like it had been there the whole time. Obviously the food wasn't particularly fresh anymore. We won't be back.

Absolutely nothing but amazing things to say. Amazingly friendly staff. Extreme, sweet, helpful, and patient. The food was delicious and fresh. I normally don’t like whipped cream but theirs is perfect!

Service was terrible. Waited fifteen minutes for an ice cream cone. The girls were just talking and showing each other their phones. We stood up there and then one made it for us in twenty seconds.

I had crepes here a few months ago, and it was one of the most sickly sweet things I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t end up finishing it because it was making me feel sick.

Please please please, if you’re aiming for a more French restaurant (with a French name, I’d assume so), please make your food a little less stereotypical American.

When I ordered my experience was nothing short of utterly disappointing. I ordered the "Going Bananas" crêpe, expecting a delicious blend of bananas, and brown sugar butter. Instead, I was handed a crêpe filled with apples. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but the crêpe itself was a complete disaster. I ordered to go so I did not find this out until I got home. The second berry crêpe was berry which they got correct but was even more soupy as-well.

It looked like soup—a soggy, unappetizing mess with zero structure, completely falling apart. Crêpes are supposed to be light, airy, and delicately folded, but this was an absolute catastrophe on a plate.

I have been to this crêperie three times now. The first two times I ordered to go as well in which my order was fine when I got home as I only live six minutes away. The second time I went there, the wait was A little excessive as no one else was there, but I gave them another chance. I don’t think I will be going back again.

Best crepes in Twin Falls. We ordered the gram apple ? cobbler crepes, it was wonderful. Also the bacon bagelwich is the best bagel I ever had with generous amount of bagel and an omelette. it is a steal for $6. We came here almost every during our stay in Twin Falls. Highly recommended.

I came in on Sunday and it was absolutely terrible. It took way too long to get out, but I don’t blame them. A sweet lady with red hair was doing everything as quickly as she could, but the other lady looked like she didn’t know what she was doing, was new? I went again today to give it another try, and it was different people working, this time when I received my crepe it was lukewarm and chewy. I might give it one more go since i love crepes, but I’ve been really disappointed so far.

We waited over an hour, almost an hour and a half for our food. There is only two workers and we’ve been here forever just waiting for our food! I’ve never had to wait this long at any restaurant before. ever. By the time we got our food, my one-year-old was ready for a nap because we’ve been here over an hour and then when We did get our food. It was ice cold so we asked if they could re hear it in the microwave not once but twice and it was STILL cold. Another lady that had ordered, wanted her money back and they couldn’t even open it till to give her money back for a refund. She wanted a refund because she is also been waiting for over an hour and a half for her order which was only two things. The food did look amazing but the fact that it was so cold. I think they need more employees and better customer service.

Lovely girl helped me out and fixed me up with the What-a-nut crepe but the best part is they had a GLUTEN FREE OPTION! Thank you for offering GF crepes. You don’t see that very often! It was delicious.

The crepes were delicious. Definitely no complaints on the food at all. The wait for our food was ridiculous. It was not very busy to wait over 40 minutes to get our food. One of the workers was busting her butt to get orders complete while the other just stood around. We stood at the front about 5 or so minutes before she even took our order. I will definitely be back to try again but the wait time is ridiculous.

I love south 2nd because of the atmosphere. Petite Creperie is delicious. My favorite is the bagelwich and plain Jane crepe.
