“I had a reservation to stay at Canyon House but couldn't make it at the last minute due to a rockslide that closed the highway. Verna was gracious enough to issue me a refund even though I had to cancel last minute. She followed up with me several times to make sure I got the refund and went above and beyond from a customer service stand point. I will definitely make another reservation in the future to finally have a chance to stay here! Looks like a beautiful area and I look forward to a future trip to White Bird.“
