Fantastic pop-up restaurant on Lake Coeur d’Alene! The place was packed and I couldn't get a reservation, but they let me take a peak in the kitchen and the very kind wait staff fed me some scraps left over from the diners who did get a table and I ate in the alley behind the building. The food was creative and tasty and the staff was enthusiastic, but the real star of the show here is the outdoors lakeside location. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The food was fantastic as was the service! Our waiter Caleb was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a fantastic dining experience. Would definitely recommend!!
I enjoyed the meal however eating on a carpeted stair landing was odd. Portions left me short of stuffed but that turned out to be a good thing when being chased out of the house by its owner.
