“The staff is more than anything I’m leaving this 5 star review for. I ordered 3 sub meals, had miscommunication in a one being steak instead of chicken. I called them back informing them and gave me two options of either refund or making it again and they made me a fresh one. Food is always on point. Thank you again guys“
“I happened to be in the area and wanted to pick up some lunch a little early (10ish) so my plan was to get it to go to eat later.
I ordered my fave- the Stickball special. When I asked if the wheat bread was fresh I got no snide remarks, no rude looks, just a yes absolutely with a smile. Nice! (explained I had a bad experience elsewhere) They even asked if I wanted to touch the bread to verify it myself Lol. I said I'll just trust you. As I wouldn't be eating it until later I asked if I could get the Mike's 'juice' on the side, again I got yes sure no problem with a smile. Might I add they packed my sandwich and sides very nicely. Well I am eating my sandwich now at 1pm and I'm happy to report it is fresh and delicious! And I added my own juice ha ha- so no mushy sub, winner winner. If you're in the area and in the mood for a sandwich, give this location a try. Great friendly staff and great subs!“
