“I would give 10 stars if I could!!!. The door was locked just past closing time, I knocked and the owner opened back up, also made my order fresh that wasn't currently available in the refrigerator. Everything is excellent!!!. Top notch. Very healthy, made fresh!. I'll be going back on a regular basis. Thank you Kitchen Life for being my neighbor, with the best food around. See you tomorrow!.“

Our drinks were great, especially the Sweet tart loaded tea (forgot to snap a pic of my tea before stirring it up)! I hope more people visit because I’m so happy I stumbled upon this place and can’t wait to go back!“
“Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. “

“I just had a Cobb salad from a Farmer's Fridge dispenser at St Louis airport. it was one of the best salads I have ever had anywhere! and using the app, it cost less than $10, in an airport! I highly recommend this for anybody who enjoys healthy food.“

“The best soup ever and their sandwiches are so tasteful. They also have salads and bowls which I haven't had yet because I love their soups and sandwiches so much. You can pick up your food or eat in their nicely clean restaurant. And the people that work there are awesome! It's my new favorite restaurant!“
