“I stopped by this place for the first time during my lunch break after hearing so many coworkers talk about how amazing the food was 🌯✨ I wasn’t sure what to order at first, but I noticed their digital special called the Tex Mex Wrap 😋 I really wanted something lighter, so I asked if they could turn the ingredients into a salad bowl instead 🥗 The employee was incredibly friendly and helpful and happily made it exactly the way I requested 😊👏 Honestly, it turned out to be one of the best salad bowls I’ve ever eaten! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared 🌮🔥 I’ll definitely be coming back for it again soon 💯“

“Good salads and smoothies, and now they have avocado toast. Tons of variety, order one of their salad concoctions or create your own. It is in my office building so it's convenient, the employees have been friendly (I usually go at less busy times). And they have an app you can use to pay and then get a credit when you spend a certain amount. This is a nice option to have for lunch or dinner.“

“I like that they accept EBT for the seamoss I come a long way to shop with them. If you go to other health food stores they don’t accept ebt for seamoss so they will always get my business“

The food was amazing and enjoyed by all but what was most impressive was her attention to detail, friendliness and care in ensuring our lunch ( 40 people ) was a success. It is worth mentioning that the online catering feature was not functioning for my location despite being in the neighborhood and Esmeralda went above and beyond to make sure this would not be an issue. “Having grown up in California, acai bowls were available everywhere and it's something I've missed since moving to Chicago. I've tried a few other places for acai out here but none of them hit the way Playa Bowls did. Their base is more on the frozen side which is my absolute favorite! I will definitely be back and am curious to try some of their other bases since they have so many options! Staff were also very friendly and service was quick. 10/10 would recommend 🔥“

“This is the best place to eat in Chicago O’Hare T5. Their bowls and wraps are all healthy, full of protein and good ingredients, and taste delicious. Pricing is also a plus as the average price is around $13 or less which is less than a quarter pounder meal at Mc Donald’s. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly and the whole interaction was a pleasure.“

“Alright I’ve ordered delivery several times and it’s time to give Ben’s their flowers. The Pork Shoulder and Waygu Beef Hearty Bowls have lifesavers in my hotel room after long-office days. The healthier options start to dwindle as the evening gets on so I’m appreciative of their later hours. Food always arrives pretty efficiently and can we talk about the prices??

You can do a lot worse for a lot more. I’ll happily hit Ben’s up on every work trip to Chicago.“

Three times now, however, one of the ingredients is not being THOROUGHLY washed. I bite down on what feels like sand grinding between my teeth -- not good. It feels like dirty lettuce. PLEASE wash the ingredients thoroughly!“

“fast service and the food was great! lots of options to choose or vary, atmosphere, well it’s in a hospital building but i think great for visitors or if you want to get a feeling of living in the greys anatomy show, or just get it for takeaway“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Sweetgreen this evening and felt compelled to share it. AB helped me while ordering and she truly made my day, simply by just chatting with me. She was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and brought such a positive, genuine energy to the interaction. I walked in having a pretty rough day and left in a completely better mood because of her.

Based on other reviews for this Sweetgreen location, I’m not the only one who feels this way :)

Great customer service can be hard to find, and AB went above and beyond to create a welcoming and uplifting experience. Sweetgreen is lucky to have her on their team. I’ll definitely be back!
