“About 2 years ago, I re-established my health journey. After starting our family, we fell into many poor nutritional habits. Paying attention to macros and the food choices was hard….until the wonderful team at Steel Fitness Cafe helped realign us! Our biggest issue with healthier eating….flavor and options. At Steel Fitness Cafe, those worries completely dissolved! Want a great tasting protein shake that is ENJOYABLE??? Well then you are going in luck with the plethora of options here! Caramel Waffle Cone and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are two of my favorites! Need a meal that will fill you up AND make you feel good? They have those too! I helped myself to the Steak and Eggs! When Chef travels, he brings some of that cuisine back home for new meals! Have a sweet tooth but hate the fact that your favorite sweet treats contribute to being unhealthy? Well, their protein donuts WILL hit the spot. You won’t believe the macros until you try it! Here is the elevator pitch……JUST GO AND TRY THEIR STUFF! You WILL NOT regret it!“

“The food is so delicious! I am obsessed with the chicken Cesar wrap. When I went to this location the poor employees were running around so busy but were courteous and apologetic. This is more for upper management but a 3rd employee during peak dinner hours would be a huge benefit considering I had to wait 15 min just to order.“
“Walsh Natural Health is a great store with knowledgeable staff who know their products. Staff can special order requests and ship out of state. I really enjoy visiting the shop and finding items to bring home. I often ship my purchases so that I don’t have to worry about traveling through airport security or having a bottle broken in checked bags.“

“I love stopping on the go for the quick service and healthy options. The service is always wonderful, the staff always goes out if their way to make every customer happy. I am a regular for the juices and smoothies. So grateful to have this family business in the neighborhood!“

“Great place to have your delicious nutrition. Such a warm family friendly place. You can also have your workout done surrounded with friendly caring people while getting your nutrition at 9am and 7:30pm. I highly recommend this place for your me or family time👍💃🥰💪❤️“

“This place is a must-try if you're driving to Deerfield for the first time. I came across this place while I was on my way to work and I figured I'd give this place a go.
The moment I walked in, I was amazed with what the restaurant had to offer between its sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts.
I ordered their brisket sandwich, which was really good, and I wanted to try one of their dirty sodas as well. FUN FACT: They let you make your own dirty sodas. Not to mention that they also give you a free chocolate dipped strawberry with your order and I definitely didn't want to miss out on that.
The server up front was also very kind and he let me sample some of the soups while I was browsing through the menu.
Overall, great service, great food, and definitely a top recommendation for those living in the Deerfield area.“

“Nice salads. Always orser when im at work because they are a healthier option close to the office. Sometimes their fresh ingredients seem like they have sat for a while. Also I wish the protein was warm. Still tasty if you are looking for a good salad!“

“How crazy is this. Going to Sunset Foods I saw this sign in the window of a storefront to the West. Fortunately I found BRIGHT BOWLS owned and operated by a Highland Parker named Lindsay. I can’t describe the ambiance and wonderful products. You need to experience on your own. My favorite so far is the LoveABowl. Enjoy on site or to go. Get Bright Butter, Bright Granola and Bright Smiles. Tell the staff Larry sent you. Hmmmm“
