Pyramid Sports Bar & Pizzeria

This place is a complete joke!!
The company I’m employed with unfortunately chose this less than subpar establishment for our company holiday party and while booking there was never a mention that i.d.’s would be required for entry. I arrived to join the festivities with my coworkers and was met with a young lady at the counter who asked for my i.d. In that moment I realized I did not have it on me and thought possibly she may be joking. I’m 48 yrs old and granted I look damn good for my age, but I clearly look over 21. I asked her if she was serious and she stated that it was required to show i.d. Immediately trying to find a solution I offered to show a picture in my phone which made perfect sense to me in this digital age we have everything in our phones now, but that option was refused by two men who claimed to be managers. Their idea of a solution was to mark my hand with a big “X” using a black permanent marker, which I found to be highly insulting and unacceptable. I am not a child and I refused to be treated like one and singled out from the rest of my coworkers. Ultimately I left and did not get to partake in the holiday event, but later found out from other coworkers that quite a few of them were not STOPPED or CARDED as they walked in which infuriated me even more, and made my situation feel VERY TARGETED. I will never come back and hope others will think twice before giving them any business. I’ve read other reviews similar to my situation, so please don’t insult me further with your cheap scripted apology or explanation. It’s neither required or desired.

They got great pizza and good Service. I know this is not there Fault but every time I order pizza online the delivery person Ruins the pizza Maybe we can get some Directions on the box how to carry a hot pizza. For the delivery people that don’t know how to carry a simple pizza box flat

Literally saw a mouse that ran passed me disgusting do not go there!!!!!! I complained and they did not care. Makes me think of how many rats and mice food we are eating grosssss

Although there were children allowed in the restaurant, they carded adults who were not having alcoholic beverages and would not allow them in to the dining room to eat. Our group of 11 left due to this absurd policy. However, a group of patrons stood outside the door smoking weed.

Refused service to a table of 11 guests because one of our party didn’t have her ID at the door while there were children in the restaurant and it was not after 10pm. The person in question is clearly over the drinking age. We spoke to the manager and asked for an exception but he refused. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's a big place and looks like you could have a lot of fun with friends there. There are many large tv screens.

My cousins and I go for the wings on Wednesday's and Aleks always gives us great services. She is very friendly and gives us great suggestions on different foods to try.

Always good to go on 1/2 off pizza night. Clean with a good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and efficient. Wings are amazing- great flavor with a lot of meat.
