The place is filthy I mean they must not wipe down the chairs or tables even weekly much less DAILY.
Disappointing because my kids love their flavors but we will find somewhere else to go.

Terrible. Was there 10 minutes and they were trying to collect payment for an order the entire time. Nobody even addressed the giant line forming. Had to leave before I even got to order because the service was so bad

I was there with my kids -buy the smallest cup of vanilla ice cream only one scoop with tiny bit sprinkles and it cost me ~$9 ( which is way more then I pay) . I didn’t say anything but just want to ask who charge $1.98 for sprinklers/ scoop!!It’s over charged!! ?

Came to pick up a birthday cake for today when the store opened at 11. The hours online as well as on the door state this is the opening time. It is almost 11:15 and no one has opened the store. Disappointed as we were counting on picking up a cake for this afternoon.

Haven’t been to Baskin Robbins lately. Glad I stopped because it was better than most of the local ice cream spots I’ve had recently. Pumpkin cheesecake ice cream is very good .

Always have a great experience when I come into this Baskin Robbins. Patrick whom always greets us as we enter, gives us great service always!He is very quick and efficient with everything we order! awesome customer service, place is always very clean & everything so neat! They have gained loyal customer.

Standard Baskin Robins. Never completely clean and generally we are the only ones in. Employees on their phone when you enter, don't wash hands before serving. Don't offer recommendations when asked.Should have been cleaning instead of on phone - should have WASHED HANDS. Very frustrating. Also very expensive! $9 for one waffle cone.
