This restaurant has gone down in service, food quality since being taken over. Roast beef is poor Quality, order a double cheeseburger,patties were well short in diameter of bun. I miss the old Chubby's 😪

The food , portion sizes , and prices are great but the chairs are unpadded and feel like sitting on cold concrete. On a cold day it's just as cold in the dine in area. as it is outside. Please turn up the heat out of consideration for the senior customers.

My mother loves this place.Spent extra money to have it Delivered from Uber Eats. She gets her food and the fries were old stale. I called to let them know I was told. Did you wanna request a refund through app? I said, no, we don't wanna do that. My mom loves your food but it would be nice to remake the fries next time she orders, they made her dig through the garbage to pull the fries out. Just so they can get a picture because they automatically assume all their customers lie very disgusting and horrible customer service

I grew up eating The Works gyros in Glenview, IL, so that's the litmus test for all other gyros.
In the 25 years I've lived in Mchenry County Chubby's is one of the only place that I've found that's comparable.
The gyros sandwich was packed with meat and was a decent size. The toppings were plentiful, and most importantly, the gyros meat was juicy and tender.
The fries were fresh and tasty, too!
Staff was helpful and friendly.
I'll definitely be going back.

I ordered a Gyro dinner at the drive thru. It was supposed to come with fries and an additional sauce which I paid 60 cents extra. I got neither the fries nor the additional sauce. The gyro meat was overcooked, which leads me to believe it is not cooked via a rotisserie and cut fresh. The sauce was unremarkable.

I've never had a bad food item from Chubby's. I absolutely love their potatoes and always sub out the fries in any meal for them. I had the gyro dinner and it fed 3 people. I made a mental note to make sure I order an extra pita for next time! ❤️
Been coming here for years. Tonight went through drive through placed order and came up pricey. I questioned it with Katie. To find out the price posted was not honored. She claimed it wasn't updated. Shocked after went back and she wouldn't honor the price posted. Asked for manager.none availble I was told. Over a dollar I will not return. Why and when will customers be valued?. A customer is who makes or breaks your business.
