Terrible customer service. Wrong drink was provided. Not willing to swap the drink out and said if I want the right one to pay for another drink. Disrespectfully owner.

Worst customer service ever!! Both employees were so rude. I ordered the coco special (oreo) with strawberry boba for my son. And I told the employee that we did not want tapioca he told me that I had to write on the order which was not an option on the ordering kiosk. First and LAST time coming. Plus super expensive

We come here often and each time the drinks are amazing. Donuts as well!! My daughter ordered a drink she didn't like so she went to reorder. She didn't ask them to switch it out they offered for free! Such a great place for some treats. Chang is very sweet and attentive. Love this place
