Cooper’s Hawk is truly exceptional! From the first step inside, the attention to cleanliness and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere is clear. The wine collection is impressive, offering options that suit every taste, and the team is eager to guide you toward the perfect choice. The staff made the experience even better with their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine professionalism.

This is one of my favorite places to go — especially when George is working in the tasting room. There’s something about his kindness that’s instantly calming. He’s attentive and professional, yet still so personable. He makes every visit feel welcoming and relaxed.
Beyond the tasting bar, I usually head to the bar area for a meal. The food is consistently great. On the rare occasion something hasn’t been perfect (like a batch of cold fries), it’s always been fixed immediately without hesitation.
Great atmosphere, great service, and a place I genuinely look forward to visiting.

To our server Kirsten: thanks for such a fun time and great food. The rigatoni was as good as you said. And the raspberry sangria was sweet and perfect!! Maybe next time we’ll save room for dessert!

We love our Cooper Hawk location. Friendly staff, great food! We just love it. However, our last visit our server was not good. She was sweet but not attentive. We felt like we had to prompt her for everything. No offer of bread, salad, refills; when we asked for a dessert menus she brought is the wrong one. Not sure if she was new or just having a bad day, but we were not impressed and it was difficult to want to just enjoy our night. Love the food - Always!! Love the ambiance! Blessings, Nate

Great food and service. Sunny, at the bar area fot the wine tasting was very helpful in recommending wines to try.

Had an amazing time! Joel was one of the best waiters we've ever had — super personable, easy to talk to, and spot-on with his meal pairings. He made the whole experience fun and memorable. We had an absolute blast and can't wait to come back!

1.) I had reservations, upon arrival they said the bar wasn't ready yet and would I like to be seated in the main dining room, my answer “what ever was easier for them”...proceeded to wait quite a while why other people were seated before us as they walked in. I thought I was helping by saying “what ever is easier”. Super frustrating. 2.) Once again, children allowed to sit on the dirty floor under their parents so they could participate in their wine tasting. This happens almost every time we go. Should be known as a kid free zone. 3.) Our waiter Joel, amazingly attentive. He was a gem and they are lucky he saved the experience.

The food was fantastic one of the best meals we had in awhile. However, the service was horrible. We were seated in the bar area. We ordered a soup and salad prior to our lunch entree. The soup came out right away but the salad was delayed quite a bit. My fiance was finished with his soup by the time the salad arrived. Our drink (wine) order arrived just before our meals. The server was more interested in trying to get us to upgrade our wine membership.

We arrived and were told they were having issues in the kitchen and the menu was limited. We chose to stay and started w a flatbread. It was excellent. Our server was excellent as well. After the issue in the kitchen was resolved we ordered our dinners and the results were mixed. The sparerib and macaroni entree was excellent. I have always loved their grouper dinner, but it was just okay that day... a little rubbery. Perhaps the kitchen issues caused some other issues. Definitely will go back and highly recommend, as this experience was an anomaly.

Excellent win tasting prior to dinner. Being a wine club member, definitely pays for itself.

My first time dining experience at Coopers Hawk was decidedly underwhelming for everyone at our table of 6. We went to celebrate a birthday on a Sunday evening and was surprised to find it was fairly slow probably because of snow on roads. I mention that it was slow because we couldn't think of a reason why every single steak entree we recieved (6 of 6 entrees) came to the table extremely overcooked. Like, thouroghly, fully cooked through brown. I, myself, ordered rare and received a medium well, at best. We usually don't complain but for the price of the plates we were not going to eat overcooked filet mignon and had to reach out to the manager to resolve. (We weren't trying to get our meals comp'ed, btw. Just replaced.) She came to the table and agreed with a "WOW, yep" and had the meals replaced quickly without much problem so kudos to her. The replacements were great. The service was fantastic and friendly. Great ambiance and the drinks were spot on and quick. Everything else was great. We also enjoyed the wine help and varieties of wine available. Would I come back?? Maybe?? But possibly a different location per suggestions from others who have dined with Coopers Hawk before.

This is one of our favorite restaurants but last night we waited over an hour for our food. I don't understand what happened.

We always enjoy our time at Coopershawk!! People are nice, food usually good, but if something is wrong they will try and make it right as well. This is our goto place!!
