I’ve been a loyal Dunkin' customer for years, but this location has completely lost my trust due to the behavior of the manager, Jose. I visited recently and simply asked for a minor modification to my drink—something I’ve had done at other Dunkin' locations with no issue. Jose not only refused rudely, but acted as if customers shouldn’t expect any flexibility. It was a basic request, not against corporate policy, and his tone was dismissive and condescending. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. Instead of helping, he turned it into a power trip. This kind of treatment drives customers away. I’m leaving this review so ownership and corporate are aware of how unprofessional this location is being run. If Dunkin’ values customer service, they should question this manager’s conduct and retrain staff on what is actually allowed. I will not be returning to this location and recommend other to go to a different location if you like to make simple modifications like light ice in your coffee

This isn't the first time, and it happens at other locations but is it me or are they not putting in enough caramel in coffee or they completely leave out the caramel all together. Went to Starbucks and they get it right all the time. What's happening Dunkin?

They always close early. The other night I was at the drive-through around 845 and they did not answer. I also went in person tonight at 8:00 and they told me after 5 min I sat down that they Lock the doors at 8:00pm. This is no where online. Bummer.

I have been a member with them for many years. I accumulated over 8000 reward points and they have the audacity to not update their app to accommodate Android phones unless it's a s10 and higher. I Lost all my points, spoke to corporate office, person i spoke to was incredibly unfriendly and very unsympathetic about my situation. I was told to purchase a new phone. I will definitely file a formal complaint with the better business bureau.

I ordered door dash from them and my doughnuts were entirely wrong not a single doughnut I ordered was in the box. Then I called to complain and the man on the phone just said so what do you want us to do about it, take it up with DoorDash. But the doughnuts come in a sealed box so the dasher had no way of knowing it was incorrect.
DISGUSTING. Just ordered coffee for a group of people and all the drinks smell like the woman's perfume. The cups and papergoods. How much perfume does one need to wear in order for that to transfer from one's body & clothes to customers' orders? Did she spray perfume while standing at the register? It's unbearable to mix chemicals & perfume around food items. This is not servsafe. Please tell your blonde employee to get organized. Please.

not a coffee drinker however Chai Latte is a favorite. I've had Chai from many Dunkin locations and this location is my least favorite. TOO water base, very thin.

It really is a toss up whether you'll get what you ordered or not. The friendliness of the staff has improved leaps and bounds from when they first opened. There is still room for improvement though. But you still can't order light ice or extra napkins or "add bacon" or anything. They'll never acknowledge those special requests despite them being on the receipt ticket. Attention to detail is a '.5' star. Definitely recommend checking everything in the bag before driving off.
