For the second time in a row, my order was done incorrectly. The first time, I thought it could happen to anyone — people get busy. But today it happened again: the order was wrong, my mood was ruined for the second time, and once again my time was treated disrespectfully, especially during a period when the place wasn’t even busy. It seems like the phones were more interesting than the customers.

We were a party of 6 and our first time at a Mod. Julie was our server and she did great. She helped me get signed up on the app and we ended up getting a free no name cake dessert. I rated the food highly because I'd never been in a pizza restaurant before where it was free unlimited toppings and everyone ate their own pizzas (mini mods). If I had any suggestion I'd like to see an expanded menu with some non red sauce related options but I had a Caesar salad and added chicken to it and that was really good.

I stayed 15 mins after close because my driver was so far. They let me stay till they came and i will be forever grateful. pizza is always amazing and tastes wonderful.
Not sure what the system is here. Every time I come there is a long long wait. One man even commented that I was waiting a lot longer than him and he got his food first. It’s every time. Perhaps if they hired more people service would be better.

The guy who was taking the orders and building the pizzas around 2pm was awesome! Very fast, very professional and a great worker. Was able to take multiple orders at a time and asked for help when he needed it. It was my first time in a while and I will definitely be back.
