Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The side of Mac and cheese were half filled up, I was waiting around 15-20 minutes tonight for my food and ended up only getting half of the cup filled up, not just one but BOTH. Really upsetting, paying more for less.

NEVER AGAIN

Avoid this place like the plague.

I ordered a 4-piece dinner at 8:15 on a Saturday night and waited ten minutes in line only to be told that they ran out of chicken.

Judging by the comments I've read, I'm not the only one who's had this problem.

I don't know how this place can turn a profit.

I cannot stress enough that if you like Popeyes chicken I recommend you go to a different restaurant. This particular location is run by rude argumentative people. They will not tell you when you place an order that they are running low on food and that you’re gonna have to wait between 10 and 20 minutes until after you’ve paid

And then when you say you want a refund, they argue with you and tell you it’s your fault because you should’ve realized that it was gonna take that long to get your order even though it’s literally their job to tell you these things when you’re placing an order if they’re running low on food and it’s gonna take a long time for them to get it to you

Then when you ask for a refund because again they didn’t tell you this until after you paid, they refuse to give you a straight up refund. They only will give you cash back if you paid with a card and then they will not give you a full refund. They keep some of the money for themselves.

This has happened to me multiple times at this location and I consider the entire team that runs this location scam artists I will never visit this location again.

I ordered 15 minutes ago and now they say the worker in the kitchen didn’t put it in the fryer yet. There’s nobody in line! I’m standing in the front with my receipt in hand and they are just arguing and standing around.

For whatever reason this Popeyes location no longer shows up on the Popeyes app (it was showing before).

Will update this review accordingly once this location is back in the app.

Food is fine but service is awful. It was about 8:30pm and there are 2 lanes for drive thru. There was 2 people in one lane and we were in the other. One of the drive thru employees, who seemed like a new employee but was definitely a nice person, asked us what we wanted. We said we were still looking at the menu and it might take a minute. About 45 seconds after, we asked for one of the menu items and we got no response. After 30 more seconds, with still no one behind us, a different woman (sounded like one of the managers) very loudly yelled at us for taking so long. When we told her we had already asked for something and no one responded, she ignorantly told us (still in a loud tone) "We are busy," even though they had a grand total of 3 people to serve. Then she left and stopped talking to us. It took about 15 seconds more for the first employee (who was fine) to come back on the microphone to take our order. I recommend whoever owns this place to fire the second employee. I was just confused about how badly her service was that I didn't get her name but knowing how blatant her horrible service was, I doubt this was her first time.

2nd time I've had to wait 20min for 5pc chicken. Asked for spicy, got original. Wrong size on the side of mac & cheese and fries were lukewarm.

Sherman is amazing! You can tell he is a genuinely happy human, and in the way the world is it’s hard to find people like that! Thank you for the great service
