This location for some reason is not up to the standards you get from any other Portillos. Not the first time I have had a problem here. the other day I got a root beer with my hot dog and it was almost all soda and no flavored syrup. I reported it to the manager and he just says sorry. I had to ask him for my money back. They really don’t seem to care. I will not be back
Unfortunately, this location has consistently slow service. Not bad service, SLOW service. For such a large fast food place, they really do not have the workflow down to process customer orders efficiently.
It’ll just be a matter of time and this place will slip into the same rot that the others have. The nice thing is with it being a newer location hopefully it’ll take much longer for problems. Take place.
