Rosati's Pizza of Algonquin

Found this strange material in my food tonight, it feels like some sort of plastic or rubber. I will not be ordering again from this resturant

Service was fine. They were very friendly but the food was just bad. Ordered a pan style pizza and had no flavor. Where the garlic flavor. Cheese was horrible. Friday pizza from my elementary was 1000x better. The wings were horrible. All you could taste was the skin

Went to Rosatis in Algonquin today for their special promotion 1964 where a large 1 topping pizza was suppose to be $3.50 all day. They put a huge sign on their door by 1:30 pm that they were out of supplies for their promotion?! When I went inside and asked if they were still making pizzas, you could still order any pizza from the menu for $25+ Basically, they ended their very own promotion early. What is the point of a promotion if you’re not going to honor it??

How do you have special 60 year anniversary and give away pizzas for 3.50 and not have any "supplies" at 2 in the afternoon, oh but your store is open. Honor your word if you make a special answer the phone and say I don't have it. Dont leave it off the hook and then have me get there and there's no "supplies". Disgrace

Took their phones off the hook and turned off online ordering the entire day of their $3.50 pizza promotion so that they didn’t have to fulfill orders at that price.

They had a special for their 60th anniversary. Tried calling but keep getting a busy signal. Decided to stop by the store. They had a sign on the door saying they were out of the special pizza. How do you run out of pizza. Don't you have all the supplies for making pizza!! Seriously!!!!!

I was craving an Italian beef sandwich and we ordered from the Algonquin location. I asked very dry no juice, I hate soggy bread. Got home both sandwiches soggy and gross and the meat was so salty and the fries just sucked. I won't be coming back! I even asked when picking up if it was dry and they said yes. They were wrong.

I picked up 2 pizzas on Friday, Aug. 2. I X-Large with sausage and vegs, and large with only sausage and cheese. I was having guests this evening. This was the worst pizza we have had from this Rosati’s. After spending $65.46, I am doubtful that I will return.

I think for a while this wasn't as good tbh but I decided to try again. now it's really good again. Generous ingredients, great taste, and not that expensive. Always good coupons too

Food is good especially the lasagna (serving is enough for 2 small eaters) Alot of melted mozzarella cheese.
Pizza is good also love the chopped bacon (alot of it)
