I can’t believe there are so many negative reviews! I love this Starbucks!!! The staff is so nice and it’s always clean! I highly suggest this location!!
Staff is rude and insulting. Poorest customer service. Accept no responsibility for their behavior and mistakes. Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. Some customers report rude and insulting staff with the poorest customer service, including slamming the drive-through window shut and lecturing customers about mistakes. Others mention slow service, taking 20 minutes to fill one coffee cup order due to a slow drive-thru. There are also complaints about hot lattes only being filled halfway despite paying $6. Despite these issues, many customers love the store for its nice people, and recommend going inside to get a drink.
