I mobile ordered here and they happened to read the receipt wrong. They proceeded to blame me for “not ordering it right in the app.” I asked for a remake and they didn’t want to instead they gave me more sauce on the side that I didn’t need. Terrible customer service do not recommend this location, unless you want to be disappointed.

It was December 31st 2024. I was at the restaurant earlier today and there was a teenager no older than 17 years old probably younger with his little brother ordering food, the older brother was struggling to order because frankly he didn't know what he wanted but it was a 6inch sub and I believe he ended up ordering a BLT. In the middle of this I was able to notice that there was NO line in the restaurant other than a single woman that didn't come in until later but the woman did not seem to mind that the persons order was taking a while to figure out. Although the person making the sub was rather bothered, his tone was out of line when speaking with the kid but the person that was making the sub is a grown adult male. The way he continued to speak with the kid was out of line and the worker was growing impatient and I could tell by the way he was preparing the sandwich. Now I recommend anyone that sends their children to get food to possibly assist them because of workers like him, again this is a grown man working at a subway shop speaking to an indecisive child where there was no line during this time of day. The manager might not care but I recommend the franchise owner to take this into consideration the next time he/she hires anyone at this location.This happened between 3 and 5 pm. The woman that came in at the end did not mind that the order in front of her was taking his time to order. I understand that this matters during the lunch hours but it was not the lunch hour but this time anymore.
There was another worker present as well but he didn't seem to care about anything that was happening. The kid ordering also has a brown coat, he was probably younger than 17 by the tone of his voice since he's going through the phase of it changing as it does for many guys at a young age.
I also made 2 different orders today online over an hour ago today with 6 Italian bread 12 inch subs to pickup today at 9pm when arriving we were told that they did not have have the 3 of the Italian subs the guy said it "not my fault" but I don't understand how it's not their fault the order was placed hours ago and they should've had them in some kind of reservation. I spoke with the worker and their boss saying that taking 3 free chips and 3 free sodas will make up for our inconvenience of having to drive out at night and not having the orders ready and to our by the time of arrival. We settled for the chips but that was because they were about to close and after over 10 minutes of disputing our inconvenience that I don't understand why they could not fully resolve our inconvenience my friend. I don't understand how they could not fully complete the order to our liking especially since it was done over an hour ago, I don't care about the free things we wanted from the inconvenience it was the principal of the thing, the order THAT WAS PLACED hours before the arrival time i spoke to the boss and my friend I could not understand why the could not understand the principal of the act. If the boss I spoke to on the phone can't take a small loss I don't see how a 3 star business will continue. My friends I truly cannot understand why this was hard to understand.

With only one person working at the front, it takes quite a long time for people to order. Over 20 minute wait for just 3 people.Not this location next time that's forsure

I ordered via the subway app for curbside pick up. When I approached the restaurant for curbside, I was told that they did not have my order and to come inside. When I got inside, Jack attempted to assist me he was rude, argumentative, condescending and provided the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life. He is a terrible addition to your company! I will never go back to this location ever again!

I ordered 100 box lunches for an event. The order was for a variety of ham, turkey, and veggies. The order was perfect and on time! It was fresh and condiments were included! This was much better price than the Jersey Mike's box lunches we've ordered in the past for the same event.

Sándwiches are almost just bread barely any ingredients Inside . I had a question about my order , the guy who made my food didn’t let me talk , he was talking over me and he finished by saying have a good day without listening what I was saying. So rude
