“I have had a lot of food from Loafers over the past few years but never had enough information to write a review! They serve a more cafe-style menu during lunch, offering amazing soups, sandwiches and salads. I have eaten lunch at Loafers many times and loved every experience. During dinner service, they serve their amazing pizzas, which I only got to experience for the first time recently. We went with another couple and ended up getting their spinach pizza and their seasonal pizza, which had far too many elements to name. Both pizzas were amazing. The service was great, though they did seem to want to turn the table quickly, understandably, as they are quite busy constantly. Highly recommend this space, as it is not unreasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food and service you receive.“

“Cute bakery with great vegan treats and some gluten free options as well. The fried oysters were amazing, and I loved the homemade dips. Next time I really want to try the vegan Mac and cheese - it looked awesome! Staff was great, and cupcakes were divine. Definitely check it out if you can!

“Best cupcakes (and quite possibly dessert) you can get in the whole city.
The cake is perfectly moist, and the icing is of the perfect consistency. Strawberry, confetti, double chocolate, and oreo...YUM. I bet you can't just order one.
The staff is terrific and very helpful and friendly. I would recommend you use The Cup for a very special event where you need a dessert...like, perhaps, a wedding!! :)“

“Tried a few of the smaller ones strawberry, salted caramel and chocolate, and pumpkin. Also got a slice of gooey butter cake cheesecake. Perfect texture for cheesecake and great balance in taste just enough salt.
Parking: There is some walking involved if parking. Free public lot with security patrolling“

“This was the best cheesecake I have had in over 6 years. The flavors were balanced. I got an peach cobbler cheesecake. It was overly sweet, it was rich with a nice balance of spices. That is hard to do with flavored cheesecakes. Usually the added flavor is too dominant or the cheesecake is sort of sour. They have a loyal customer here. Great job.“
“We love El Chico so much! We asked them if they would provide cookies for our wedding (after a different dessert vendor stopped responding to us), and we are honestly so happy we ended up with them! El Chico was so easy to work with, so kind, and so helpful. We already knew their baked goods were delicious (we always stop for some cookies at the Tower Grove Farmer's Market), but our guests raved about the empanadas. “I called many different companies searching for a very specific cookie, no one could make it. Then I called Sweet Treats from the hart and i described it to her and she made it happen in less than 24 hours! They were more than I had hoped for! I couldn’t recommend this company more! 5 stars, 10/10! We WILL be back.
Not to mention her customer service was outstanding, more than friend and the kindest smiles!

“I went to this location in Soulard Market. The smell of the bakery was incredible. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the double chocolate chip cookies were overcooked and difficult to chew; they were not edible. Maybe next time I go, things will be better.“

“As someone who typically enjoys a simple coffee or latte, I tried out the seasonal sweet potato latte. What a brilliant choice it was. Full of flavor and wonderfully spiced, I could drink this every day. The barista was an absolute gem as well. I’m always on the hunt for a great coffee shop, and this has definitely made the list.“

“While I can say that it's vastly superior to the other truck stops that I have encountered in Missouri and offers far more services amenities and hospitality to professional drivers and regular automobile driver's alike, it is still a truck stop with inflated prices and all of the strange brands the normal motorists do not encounter in day-to-day life.The showers here were clean serviceable and enjoyable. There is a television room and a small area for people to eat. There is also a small casino area. There is a small criminal element at this particular establishment. But that is to be expected and compared to some of the other elements I've encountered while in Missouri it is welcome in it's sparity.All together I can say that this truck stop is where you would want to go were you transiting from Missouri to Illinois on a normal commute.An excellent establishment.“
