“The District Manager, at this location, Lawrence, totally transformed my first experience. My first visit did not go well and I completed the survey detailing my negative interaction with the staff. Not only did Lawrence follow up with a personal phone call, he asked me to return to the store so that I could get the true Wingstop experience! The store was clean, the food was freshly prepared, the atmosphere was very welcoming and Lawrence gave me VIP treatment. I sincerely appreciate the fact that he understands customer service, cares about the reputation of this business and not only espouses those beliefs, he personally implements and executes his high standards. Only downside, I wish they were a little bigger and on the online menu it pictured it came with coleslaw. It did come with fries that were nice and crispy. I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. “Well, if they cook your food properly, it's not bad... however, if they don't and you need to send it back to cook it (not a fan of raw burgers 🤷‍♀️) and it comes back the same way... be prepared to not eat and pay for the meal anyway. I asked for it to be removed from our bill (over $100 total so not just a couple things) and they removed it after a small "fight" but literally charged us for a basket of fries cuz I ate a few fries off my plate, I guess. they don't take care of their mistakes nor do they care to make things right. Lost future business, everyone at the table was shocked.“

I had the Wings with Spicy Teriyaki and Lemon pepper fries. Churros made fresh, paired well with the Nutella dip. Overall great vibe, great food, service and price! “This Korean fried chicken is AMAZING! We ordered drumsticks in 2 different flavors, soy garlic and Korean bbq. Bao buns with fried chicken were spectacular! The kids LOVED the plain drumsticks, boneless wings, fries, rice, and Korean donuts! We were all really impressed. The price is a little high, but the quality and freshness of the meal shows! Care was put into making and packing the food. Can't wait to return to try some of the other yummy things on their menu! I really hope they do well in Tinley. When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“

Near Damen in the mall.they know how to cook fish that taste like it do when you cook it at home.I always get the cat fish horse shoes, well they are really steaks and the catfish tails, so good.something else you can call in your order and when you get there it's always hot and like they just cooked it, most People can tell the different if their food has been sitting to long.but I must say never had a Problem oh try the hot or mild green Peppers with your fish, you will get your moneys worth they have Pops, juice, cake banana Pudding, you also get fries, bread with order, and also they do have a variety of seafoods.my favorite is catfish.ok you good People take care and be safe if you are coming to chicago and have a taste for some good fish stop by and try it out.bless you all.“
