“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“
“Be aware of Sergeant Dollar and chief Miller14 years ago I was running the cash register they wrote a letter to the DMV saying I'm too crazy to drive I was working running a cash register. I haven't had a ticket in over 30 years this has ruined my life it has taken so much away from me Google my last name through Darien Illinois grandpa had did so much chief of police founding father of Darien president of the Lions Club in Darien president of the bank in Darien my mother retired from CPD.Now I see Alsip Chief of Police Christopher radz was arrested for shoplifting in Florida at Walmart Google his picture what a druggie. I'm going to write this in every business in Alsip Illinois because if you're running a register you might lose your driver's license if these yahoos come in.“
“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“
